Prabhupada's study, situated at the northeast gallery, is one of the Palace's most elaborately decorated rooms. A murti (replica) of Prabhupada sits at the desk, translating the Vedic literatures from Sanskrit into English. The walls are inlaid with several types of marble and framed by ornate gold baseboards and cornices. Gold-embroidered, silk peacock brocades hang from the corners.
