Walking down the west gallery, the visitor sees the first of some two dozen semi-circular stained-glass windows [detail], diffusing sunlight in various shades of blue, green, red, orange, and purple. These hues are reflected by dark green marble, red travertino, and a ceiling of mirrors. Made from the finest Austrian crystal, the chandeliers were fashioned at New Vrindavan, and their colors were selected to complement each window. The rooms on this side of the Palace include an office, servant's quarters, and kitchen.
